Missed your post earlier today so appreciate your stopping by or I might have missed it entirely. I love posts about the beautiful doggie. If I ever end up alone, I will have one. HH does not appreciate a dog for some reason. He loves the granddogs but doesn't want one. QMM
I'm howling with laughter. Such a great, simple series...dog looks down, dog looks up. It seems to have the feeling of an Andy Warhol/Jack Benny collaboration except without any violins or soup cans.
Patty and Reggie Girl pioneered the "My Town" Photo Shoot Out asking us to post photos of our local community every Friday. From a handful of participants it has grown into a world wide phenomenon and is now in the capable hands of ChefE, and GingerV.
This week's theme is ROCKS by ChefE

Barry and Linda are pooling forces for the Friday My Town Shoot Out. Are Two Head's and Two Camera's better than one?
Here is how we will find out!
Actually during Barry's illness, and with Linda's return to work full time, this was the only practical way for us to continue to contribute to the Friday Shoots we love so much. So rather than drop out we will double our efforts and continue our Friday posting here.

Lindsey is a great helper! I get dizzy when I look over cliffs or even up sometimes, not sure why? Hey no dizzy lizzy jokes now :)
ReplyDeleteFunny, I almost did mine in a similar way, sharing the view of my four year old son :)
ReplyDeleteI liked how you've presented this, Barry.
♥ hope you're doing well ~
I'm not dizzy at the bluffs, ChefE, but at the top of the CN tower, that is dizzying.
ReplyDeleteYes I've been getting some good news this week Heather. See my other blog for details.
ReplyDeleteVery exciting, especially sinde it's Lindsey's point of view. Great take on the theme. Love the photo of the cliff down below. Scary.
ReplyDeletegood job you two, did you sit down on the ground to catch her perspective? I love looking up into trees. hugs and kisses from Brasil.
ReplyDeleteNo Ginger I was standing for both of these. I did take some others that day where I was kneeling, but not these shots.
ReplyDeleteWell I like it that you are taking a dog's point of view. If only we could smell what they do, now that would be intense.

Lindsey is a lucky dog, he gets taken to loads of places.
ReplyDeleteDid you read about a feud of two men leading to the slaughter of 30 dogs in NZ. Shocking.
My daughter asked if I heard of the terrible news in Australia and if it made international news.
It is, probably, good that dogs cannot climb trees. They would kill themselves with enthusiasm. Very enjoyable. Have a great week, B & L.
ReplyDeleteYou're probably right Gordon!
ReplyDeleteI haven't read about it here Ann. And I read all three Toronto newspapers each day.
ReplyDeleteSounds terrible though, and the kind of thing newspapers love to pick up.
I like your idea of using your dog's perspective, love the last shot best!

ReplyDeleteI knew I was missing something Bagman! Next time I'll drag out the soup cans and the violins. lol
ReplyDeleteFun idea! Don't you just love the dog's life. They are so happy with the simplest pleasures.
ReplyDeleteLindsay is nothing if not happy, Rebecca.
ReplyDeleteI just love that view of Lake Ontario - I miss it...
ReplyDeleteI love the shot of your dog looking up!
ReplyDeleteOf couse, we should get Linsey's opinion on the level of excitemet each of these images brings to her :-)
ReplyDeleteLindsay is so cute. Well-trained. I like the tree as well.
ReplyDeleteLove the dog-cam. You made a pretty good human-cam, as well.
ReplyDeleteI am sure Lindsay enjoys the ground views the best. The smells are better and can be followed.
I saw 3 dogs on my walk in the woods today but none of them was as cute as Lindsay.
ReplyDeleteI do love to look at life through the eyes of a dog. Kind of a crystal clear, honest lens, don't you think?
ReplyDeleteGreat job!
